How many days per week will I need to work out to see results from your programs?
A beginner will generally do best training 3 days per week. An intermediate lifter will generally do best training 4 times per week. Advanced lifters will generally need to cycle their training between 4-6 days per week.
How long does each workout last?
Most of the weight training workouts will be between 45 minutes to an hour. If you choose to do any energy systems training on top of that those sessions will generally be between 20 to 30 mins.
How will I know which program to start on?
I will provide recommendations for which program to start on based on your training age and strength levels.
Are the workouts designed mainly for fat loss or muscle building?
The workouts are designed either to build muscle if you are in a caloric surplus or to maintain muscle if you are in a deficit. I will provide energy systems and dietary guidelines for both.
What kind of results can I expect if I follow the program?
The average intermediate lifter that I work with will typically gain between 5-7kg of lean muscle in 3 to 6 months. If fat loss is your goal you can expect to lose between 6-10% body fat in 3 to 6 months.
What if I have questions about the program or there is something I need to change?
No problem. I give recommendations on how you can customize the workouts and diet based on your needs but you can also reach out to me via the members forum or email if you need further assistance.
